Family therapy is extremely dynamic and often requires some individual therapy, couple's therapy, and other subset therapy sessions in addition to whole family therapy.  Appropriateness of ecotherapy for families is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Family therapy will begin online via Zoom and continue in that venue for 6-8 weeks prior to exploring outdoor therapy.
